Designer (M/F)

For one of our top clients, an innovative industrial SME based in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Designer to join their design office full-time. You will transform creations into concrete technical solutions, from CAD to production implementation.

Designer (M/F)

We are seeking a professional with:
?? Training as a senior technician, engineer or equivalent in mechanical design or industrialisation.
?? At least 5 years of experience in design and industrialisation through machining.
?? Experience in jewellery or watchmaking.
?? Proficiency in 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks) and 3 to 5 axis CNC machining.

This position offers a mix of:
? Design and industrialisation of products and tooling (cutting tools, fixtures, devices).
? Creation of 3D models, drawings, technical files and ERP/MES data.
? Technical liaison with CNC programmers, setters and workshops.
? Support for prototypes and pre-series, and continuous improvement.

Flexible hours (arrival between 6am and 8am, finish possible from 3:30pm)
