Junior CRM Engineer

As a Junior CRM Engineer, you will be involved from the start in diverse customer projects and work with modern Microsoft technologies (MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform). After familiarisation and with the support of your experienced colleagues, you will gradually take responsibility across the entire project spectrum: from support in sales through specification, design, implementation and testing to rollout and customer training.

Your tasks

• You work on various customer projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform
• You support the team with solution proposals, demos and effort estimations in the sales process
• You actively participate in the specification and design phase and implement CRM solutions together with the team
• You accompany testing and rollout phases and support customers with practical training
• You actively use AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate AI features) to make development and configuration processes more efficient

Your profile

• Completed degree (university/FH/HF) in business informatics, computer science or a related discipline
• Interest in the interface between business and technology as well as strong customer focus and clear communication
• Basic programming skills in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript) are an advantage
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g. SQL Server) or the motivation to acquire this knowledge
• Initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) or Azure is an advantage
• Openness to AI-supported development and new tools
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
