For our growing Facility Management organisation at a Financial Services client in Zürich we are looking for a:
Receptionist 100%
Your main Tasks
Tasks at the Reception:
• Receiving and forwarding internal and external telephone calls as well as providing information
• Reception, welcome and support of visitors/guests/employees/suppliers
• Catering for guests
• Management and coordination of conference and meeting rooms with the internal booking system (booking, cancellation, changes and checking the cleanliness of the rooms)
Administrative Tasks:
• Management of internal and external mail and express services (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
• Management of parking spaces
• Control of invoices
• Managing badges and keeping the visitor list
• Update of various lists and forms
• Assisting the FM team with administrative tasks
• Processing of all incoming e-mails for receipt via Outlook
• Ordering for office supplies, flowers, catering, drinks, brochures, etc
• Various administrative tasks as instructed
Your profile:
• At least 2-3 years in a similar function
• Fluency in written and spoken German & English, French is an advantae
• Very good manners and communication skills
• Reliable & Flexible
• Experienced working in the service industry in a customer facing role
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
