What to expect- You support our HR Shared Service Team for Switzerland and abroad and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from administrative tasks to international cooperation
- You accompany employees through all phases of their employment – from onboarding through transfer to offboarding
- You maintain our HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Atoss and keep master data as well as time recordings up to date
- You are the first point of contact for questions from employees and managers – competent, friendly, and solution-oriented
- You take care of work permits, certificates, and communication with authorities, insurance companies, and internal HR departments
- You actively contribute to HR projects – especially in the area of digitalization and smarter processes
- You have a commercial qualification and have completed further training as an HR clerk or as an HR specialist with a federal certificate
- You have solid professional experience in personnel administration – ideally more than four years
- You have experience in the shared service area
- You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills are an advantage.
- You have a high IT affinity and enjoy working with digital tools
- You are a flexible and open personality who appreciates that no day is like the other and many things happen simultaneously
