To successfully master the daily challenges of the real estate industry, we need service-oriented and customer-focused employees. As a specialist and part of the large real estate accounting team, you will handle debt collection in collaboration with property management.
Your tasks in detail
- Monitoring the monthly automated dunning processes
- Carrying out debt collection measures
- Accompanying the debt collection files from the request for enforcement
- Responsible for the elimination of legal objections
- Close collaboration with other departments
- Creating payment agreements and monitoring and reminding payments
- Preparing eviction requests in case of termination due to payment default
- Telephone and written contact with all involved parties (front-line employees, lawyers, authorities, etc.)
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial basic education
- More than 5 years of experience in the debt collection field and knowledge of the Swiss Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) are a must
- Your German is fluent, and you also speak French fluently
- You have solid knowledge of tenancy law
- You work in an organized and independent manner
