About the job
Your new role
You take on the main responsibility for a lively group of children aged 4 to 13 and accompany them in their daily lives as well as in leisure activities. In collaboration with a dedicated team and in close communication with parents or guardians, you ensure the best possible support, care, and guidance for the children. Your social pedagogical work is based on our framework concept as well as our quality mission statement.

- have a tertiary degree in social work or childhood education.
- have experience and enjoy dynamic and lively work with children and their living environments and surroundings.
- prefer to work developmentally oriented and are characterized by a benevolent and solution-oriented attitude.
- value TEAMWORK highly and consider reflective and conceptual work in a team among your strengths.
- would like to accompany young people in their training and have corresponding experience.
- welcome regulated weekly working hours with your training in social or childhood education.

At 15 locations, we care for around 2200 school children from the city’s primary schools and kindergartens in the respective neighborhoods. At five additional locations, we run lunch tables for teenagers from the city’s secondary schools.
