Role:
As a Service Technician Heat Pumps, you ensure the professional commissioning, maintenance, and repair of modern heat pump and comfort climate systems. With your technical know-how, you analyse faults, competently advise our customers on site, and ensure reliable and efficient system operation.
Responsibilities:
Professional commissioning of heat pumps and comfort climate systems
Carrying out repair, maintenance, and service work according to high-quality standards
Analysis and independent rectification of faults
Optimisation and adjustment of systems according to customer needs
Competent advice to system owners on operation, use, and maintenance contracts
Documentation of performed service work
Participation in on-call duty in coordination with the team
Qualifications:
Completed EFZ training, preferably as an electrician, heating installer, automotive mechatronics technician, mechanical engineer, or comparable technical training
NIV-15 permit advantageous
Solid professional experience in the field of heat pumps
Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
High resilience, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and technical challenges
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
