Junior Sous Chef (m/f/d) 100%
We are proud to serve our signature dishes such as Entrecôte Double Café de Paris, Les Fruits de Mer, or the tartare and are looking for a creative mind who not only excites our guests but also wants to grow with us.
This is what you can expect from us:
- Deputizing for the Sous Chef in their absence
- Co-responsibility for training apprentices
- Preparation of seasonal, high-quality, and creative dishes in a sharing style
- Bringing creativity and own ideas into menu design
- Using regional and seasonal ingredients
- Support in organizing and executing events
- Incorporating storytelling concepts to convey knowledge about our products
- Assisting in the further development of the offerings
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) in collaboration with the Sous Chef
This is what we expect from you:
- Completed training as a cook (EFZ)
- Experience in preparing creative dishes
- Cooking is your passion, you create with great attention to detail
- Creativity and passion for gastronomy
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
