Your Tasks
Assortment Design: Planning and optimizing pharmacy assortments in close cooperation with location employees, sales, and category management.
Implementation Planning: Preparation, execution, and follow-up of assortment changes.
Product Presentation: Ensuring an appealing and sales-promoting product presentation in our pharmacies.
Training: Imparting know-how to location employees in the areas of assortment, shelf management, and product presentation.
Location Support: Ongoing support of locations to optimize their external appearance according to central guidelines.
Analysis and Reporting: Responsibility for space utilization reporting and initiating corrective measures if optimization is needed.
Shelf Price Labeling: Contact person for questions regarding shelf price labeling.
Administrative Tasks: Creating visit reports, changeover plans, and other administrative duties.
Your Profile
Experience in visual merchandising, category management, or a comparable position.
Knowledge in product presentation and assortment design, ideally in the pharmacy or retail environment.
Strong communication and training skills.
Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for process optimization.
Structured and independent working style.
Flexibility and willingness to travel between locations.
