The Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in Prättigau with more than 600 employees at the Schiers hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the nursery, parental counselling and the Medical Centre Klosters.Our hospital in Schiers is a modern acute care hospital providing basic care with an interdisciplinary ward with 41 beds for the surgery, medicine, gynaecology and obstetrics clinics, an outpatient day clinic, the emergency department and the certified Intermediate Care Unit (IMC).
For patient registration and reception, we are looking for a patient registration staff member 80% from 1 April 2027 or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities include:
› First point of contact for patients, relatives and visitors
› Administrative admission of inpatient and outpatient patients
› Recording and processing patient data in SAP/INES
› Obtaining and processing cost approvals from payers
› Clarifications with internal and external service providers
› Operating the telephone switchboard
› Providing information at reception as an internal and external contact person
› Cash management, including billing
Your profile:
› Commercial training with professional experience in healthcare or medical practice assistant
› Proficient use of MS Office programmes, experience with a clinical information system/SAP is an advantage
› Good English skills, conversationally fluent
› Willingness to work weekend and public holiday shifts and cover during holiday absences
› You appreciate a varied role, flexible working hours and feel comfortable in a lively hospital environment
› You are adaptable, resilient, motivated and enjoy working in a small team?
