Quality Inspector Mechanical Manufacturing (m/f/d)

In this position, you ensure through precise quality inspections that mechanical components meet the defined technical requirements. You evaluate measurement results, document relevant quality data, and support production in maintaining high quality standards. With your trained eye for detail, you contribute significantly to the reliability and process safety of production.
Responsibilities:
Conducting quality controls during various manufacturing and testing phases
Inspecting mechanical components based on technical drawings, specifications, and defined testing requirements
Recording and managing test and measurement results in the designated documentation systems
Detecting, assessing, and forwarding deviations regarding quality and dimensional accuracy
Performing precise measurements with tactile, optical, and other metrological testing equipment
Ensuring compliance with internal quality guidelines and testing processes
Collaborating with production and quality assurance to continuously improve manufacturing quality
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training in mechanics, production technology, or a comparable field
Professional experience in mechanical manufacturing, quality assurance, or industrial testing technology
Confident handling of tactile and/or optical measuring systems
Experience with ERP systems as well as good user knowledge of MS Office
Structured, careful, and quality-oriented working style
Good English skills
Fluent German skills
