These are your tasks
- Provide administrative support to the "Sales" department
- Advise business customers competently and solution-oriented on energy topics
- Calculate electricity deliveries and prepare offers and contracts
- Conduct initial analyses and administrative preparations for GATT/WTO tenders
- Be responsible for communication regarding price adjustments, product changes and other topics for our large customer segment
This is what sets you apart
- Commercial or comparable training
- Technical understanding, especially in the energy sector
- Strong customer orientation and several years of experience in direct customer contact
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office as well as knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Precise working method and enjoyment of cooperative teamwork
