You will
- be responsible for market development and achieving quantitative and qualitative goals in your area
- lead a team of currently five senior pension advisors for corporate clients (mandate managers) and support them with complex issues
- acquire customers yourself for the consulting and support services of the broker business and take care of the areas of pension funds and personal insurance (daily sickness benefits, accident insurance, accident insurance supplementary)
- be responsible for tenders/submissions as well as for conducting negotiations with potential insurance and pension providers and finalize results in a comparison model
- advise autonomous pension institutions at the project level, consult on transformation and ALM specialist questions, together with the corporate and institutional clients departments
- actively identify and promote cross-selling opportunities with tandem partners
- represent the bank internally and externally and convince and inspire as a speaker at specialist events and customer occasions
- take on project tasks in your specialist area and region or accompany as a sparring partner
- actively participate in the further development of the broker business and in the pension management committee
- with the additional option to lead the specialist support for the brokerage and financial planning area with currently six experts
You bring
- a business administration and/or completed further training in the pension fund or social insurance sector
- an entry in the FINMA intermediary register or the necessary requirements for it
- current market knowledge as well as several years of professional experience, preferably at an insurance company, a broker or a collective foundation, in corporate client consulting in the area of pension fund solutions and personal insurance
- leadership experience
- a winning, solution- and leadership-oriented, implementation-strong personality with proven communication skills
- willingness to embody changes in strategic orientation and anchor them in everyday leadership
- a good network in the region
- pronounced language skills in French (spoken)
- willingness to travel in the Bern and Romandie regions
