About the job

• Independent management of a service station and attending to guests at the highest level
• Competent advice to guests on food, drinks and wines
• Ensuring a smooth service process in close cooperation with the kitchen and team
• Proper serving of food and drinks in compliance with quality standards
• Mise en place tasks as well as preparation and follow-up of the service
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Support and guidance of Commis de Rang
• Professional handling of guest requests, feedback and complaints

• At least 3 years of experience in upscale service or fine dining gastronomy
• Distinctive host personality with a strong service orientation and passion for culinary arts
• Sound expertise in food and beverage knowledge, ideally also in the wine sector
• Stylish, well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility – also during demanding service times
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Enjoy working in a team as well as guiding employees and trainees
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• High quality awareness and an eye for detail
