For our Hunzenschwil location, we are looking by arrangement for an experienced and motivated individual for the logistics team leadership. In this role, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations together with your team and ensure that safety regulations and legal requirements are consistently adhered to.

• Responsibility for smooth operational processes in the warehouse area as well as compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
• Co-responsibility for controlling goods receipt and dispatch as well as conducting the annual inventory
• Coordination of the provision of customer orders and the associated documents
• Deployment planning of subordinate employees to ensure efficient operations in your own area
• Professional and organisational leadership of the logistics team as well as responsibility for its further development
• Operation and support of collection customers as well as loading and unloading of lorries
• Participation in the training of apprentices in the logistics area, partly with co-responsibility
• Responsibility for cleanliness, order and maintenance of the warehouse areas as well as the logistical equipment/fleet in your own area
• Support in warehouse management and ensuring efficient internal processes

If your heart beats faster for the above-described area of responsibility and you bring the following experience and skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• Completed basic training, ideally with further education in logistics
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in logistics
• Experience in warehouse operations as well as in goods receipt and dispatch
• Forklift licence as well as driving licence required
• Pleasant and friendly manners as well as customer-oriented appearance
• Conscientious, reliable and resilient personality with leadership skills
• Ability to keep an overview and set priorities correctly even in hectic situations
• Good physical condition
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of other national languages is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
