- Organising, coordinating, and monitoring daily workflows
- Planning and distributing the tasks arising as well as ensuring efficient use of resources
- Monitoring quality requirements and adherence to agreed deadlines
- Taking professional responsibility for welding processes
- Creating and maintaining technical work and production documents
- Reviewing technical documentation and production specifications for feasibility and compliance
- Professional assessment of designs and production documents
- Assisting with demanding manufacturing and assembly work
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Training, promoting, and providing professional support to employees
- Deputising for the supervising manager when required
- Further training as an International Welding Specialist (IWS) is mandatory
- Solid practical knowledge in welding and metalworking production
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial production company
- Experience in leading or coordinating employees
- Understanding of technical drawings, production documents, and quality requirements
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong quality awareness and technical understanding
- Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team

Profile
- Completed technical vocational training in metal or production environment or equivalent qualification- Further training as an International Welding Specialist (IWS) is mandatory
