About the job
Intern in Human Resources and Organizational Development 60 - 80%You don’t just want to watch, but actively participate? You are interested in personnel development, organizational development, and change – and you want to experience how transformation works in a large administration? Then you are in the right place.
Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a new team member. You can expect a 12-month internship in the field of human resources and organizational development with lots of practical experience and a supportive environment.
What you will do
- You actively participate in ongoing projects in human resources and organizational development as well as in the change area and take on partial responsibility.
- You independently take on work packages, including coordination and administrative tasks, with professional support from the team.
- You prepare presentations, decision-making documents, and internal materials and help to present content in a target group-appropriate and understandable way.
- You participate in workshops and the welcome event "Welcome@JI".
What you bring
- You are studying work and organizational psychology, business psychology, or a comparable degree (bachelor’s degree completed, master’s degree ongoing or recently completed).
- You are interested in human resources and organizational development and ideally have some initial experience in this area.
- You are open, curious, eager to learn, and enjoy working on new topics.
- You work independently, are proactive, and can organize yourself well in a varied workday.
- Teamwork and collaboration with lots of humor and laughter are as important to you as they are to us.
- You have very good spoken and written German skills.
