Tasks
Counselling: As a member of one of our professional and dynamic teams, you provide advisory support to the young people assisted and ensure the provision of personal and material assistance.
Integration: Preventing emergencies as well as professional and social integration are the top priorities. You enjoy working with young adults aged 18 to 25 and shaping constructive working relationships.
Administrative tasks: You work closely with other public and private institutions and also handle a large number of case-related administrative tasks.
Profile
Experience: You have experience in counselling young adults in difficult life situations, a flair for administrative tasks, and ideally possess knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system.
Personality: You are an open, resilient and flexible person and also bring a strong ability to work in a team.
Education: You hold a degree as a social worker FH or are about to complete one.
Language: Very good German skills, foreign languages are an advantage
