Spitex Chur

Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are deployed daily to 400 clients. With around 180 employees, we are the largest Spitex organisation in the canton of Graubünden, providing care and support services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar surroundings despite age- or illness-related limitations. You will actively contribute to shaping and further developing the operation in line with societal requirements.

What you bring

• Successfully completed SRK Care Assistant course
• Enjoyment of contact, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• Empathy as well as a keen sense of observation
• Enjoyment in dealing with people of all ages and cultures
• Very good German skills (at least level B2) and understanding of Swiss German
• Mobility: You enjoy being on the move and own a bicycle or car for travel between assignments

Your tasks

• Professional care, support and advice for our clients in their homes
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and meals
• Support with daily activities and household management
• Documentation of activities performed
• Promotion and maintenance of the individual resources of clients
• Taking on roles such as duty and deployment planning as well as accompanying staff
