- You take technical responsibility for projects and accompany them from requirements analysis to successful implementation.
- You implement projects around SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, collaboration and M365 migrations.
- You analyse existing customer environments and develop technically viable and practical solution concepts from them.
- You automate recurring processes, deployments and configurations with PowerShell.
- You use Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot and other Microsoft technologies to digitise and optimise business processes.
- You act as a technical contact for complex M365 issues and support customers in further developing their environment.
- You conduct technical workshops and training sessions for IT teams and users, conveying complex content clearly and practically.
- Several years of practical experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and in implementing customer projects
- Very good knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 migrations
- Good knowledge of PowerShell as well as experience in automating M365 processes and configurations
- Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot or low-code solutions is an advantage
- Experience in technical project responsibility as well as direct customer contact
- Fluent German skills at C2 level as well as very good English skills at least at B2 level
- Driving licence category B

Responsibilities
- You design and implement sophisticated Microsoft 365 solutions for various customer environments.- You take technical responsibility for projects and accompany them from requirements analysis to successful implementation.
- You implement projects around SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, collaboration and M365 migrations.
- You analyse existing customer environments and develop technically viable and practical solution concepts from them.
- You automate recurring processes, deployments and configurations with PowerShell.

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or platform development, alternatively a degree as a certified IT specialist HF, ideally with a focus on system and network technology, cloud, platforms or a comparable technical specialisation, or a completed computer science degree at FH level- Several years of practical experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and in implementing customer projects
- Very good knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 migrations
- Good knowledge of PowerShell as well as experience in automating M365 processes and configurations
- Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot or low-code solutions is an advantage
- Experience in technical project responsibility as well as direct customer contact
