Job Description

Active telephone contact with potential customers (outbound). You are responsible for arranging appointments for our sales teams and maintaining and updating our customer database. A professional and friendly manner of conversation is essential for this position. You will work in a dynamic environment where your communication skills and persuasiveness are in demand. Your main task is to reach potential customers, understand their needs and enthuse them about our products and services. It is important that you always appear friendly and helpful to build a positive customer relationship. You will also regularly provide feedback on the conversations to continuously improve the quality of our services. This position offers you the opportunity to develop and refine your customer communication skills.

We expect

Interest in print media such as magazines, books, newspapers or printed materials. Swiss German without accent with clear and distinct pronunciation. Good IT user skills. Communicative, open and sociable personality. Reliable, flexible and independent working style. Willingness to regularly work evening shifts (3 times per week from 17:00 to 20:15) as well as 1 Saturday per month (09:30 to 13:30). Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
