Your new tasks

Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting:

• Ensure commissioning of access control and intrusion security system installations
• Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs and servicing of security installations
• Perform troubleshooting interventions on systems and provide on-call service

• Prepare intervention reports, process and document installations while adhering to quality and safety standards
• Support and advise customers
• Your home is located around Neuchâtel

Your talents and experience

• Technical diploma as electrician, automation technician, telematics technician, IT technician or equivalent
• Very good command of IT infrastructures (physical and virtual servers, especially VMware)
• Expertise in network equipment and applications (switches, routers, firewalls), as well as Active Directory management and SQL databases
• Solid knowledge of security systems
• Committed to quality, customer and results-oriented, proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Native French speaker, with good knowledge of a second language (German or English) as an asset
