Sales Support Officer (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent management and processing of customer orders - from quotation through order entry to invoicing

• Competent advice and support for national and international customers

• Close coordination and collaboration with various internal specialist departments

• Organisation and preparation of shipping and customs documents for various modes of transport

• Support in all matters relating to export, import and transport

• Representation of colleagues within the sales team

• Maintenance and updating of customer and master data in the ERP system

• Active participation and support in internal projects

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally related to industry or technology

• Practical experience in customer support in internal sales or in professional order processing

• Knowledge of cross-border business or export-oriented activities

• Confident handling of common MS Office applications as well as experience working with ERP systems

• An organised, responsible working style with a focus on practical solutions

• Reliability, enjoyment of teamwork and a professional appearance

• Very good language skills in German as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form

• Additional language skills are an advantage
