• Planning and implementation of projects in real estate consulting and valuation

• Independent management of demanding mandates and clients

• Support in acquiring new mandates

• Assistance in managing marketing mandates

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid experience in real estate consulting and valuation

• Higher education in the real estate sector (Diploma in Real Estate Trust Management, Certificate in Real Estate Valuation or university degree)

• Several years of experience in independent mandate management

• Ideally experience in project management and client acquisition

• Strong communication skills with a can-do attitude

• Service-oriented personality with an independent and structured working style
