Property Manager with Federal Diploma (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you benefit from flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home. You are entitled to 5 weeks of holiday as well as additional days off during the company holidays between Christmas and New Year. Responsibilities:
- You independently and responsibly manage your own property portfolio
- In this role, you conduct negotiations and prepare as well as conclude rental agreements
- As a property manager, you monitor rent collection
- You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements, annual financial statements, and property accounting
- In this role, you organise and conduct apartment inspections and handovers
- As a property manager, you maintain and manage contacts with condominium owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a property manager
- You bring solid experience in property management
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
- You impress with good manners, high initiative, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- You are characterised by a strong service and customer orientation
