What is my role?

Our client requires a dedicated Technical Administrator Network Services who acts as a central interface between technology and service

In this varied position, you will take on the following tasks:

• You organise and manage technical service operations for customer installations and ensure timely processing in the relevant systems

• Preparing quotations, contract documents and invoices is part of your daily routine, as is providing administrative support to project managers

• As a competent contact person, you handle customer enquiries regarding contracts, invoices and services with a focus on practical solutions

• You are responsible for maintaining contract, project and customer data in various ICT systems, ensuring first-class data quality

• Analysing inspection results, preparing reports and assisting in the planning of maintenance and repair work complete your range of duties

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring the following:

• A completed training in commercial, electrical engineering or a related field forms your solid foundation

• You appreciate direct interaction with people, respond to their concerns and convince with your friendly, reliable manner

• Your German skills are excellent in spoken and written form; if you can also communicate orally in French, that is a plus

• You are tech-savvy and quickly familiarise yourself with new digital systems; experience with SAP PM or Dynamics 365 CRM would be ideal

• Precision, structure and a strong quality awareness characterise your daily work

• Transparency, reliability and a respectful team approach are not just phrases for you, but lived practice
