The ZEGG Hotels & Stores stand for Engadine charm, for 3 exclusive hotels (5*, 4*, 4*), for 6 restaurants and 7 shops in the heart of Samnaun at 1850 m above sea level in the midst of the Silvretta ski, hiking & biking arena Samnaun-Ischgl.

Starting from October 2025, we are looking for a dedicated reception service staff member (50/50%) to complete our Private Selection Boutique Hotel Silvretta****.

Your tasks / Your profile:

Reception:

• Check-in / Check-out with personal guest care
• Reservation acceptance and management (PMS systems)
• Concierge service: recommendations, bookings, information
• Invoicing and payment processing
• Guest communication via phone and email

Service:

• Breakfast and dinner service in the hotel restaurant
• Advice on food and drinks
• Serving and clearing with attention to detail
• Support at events and special occasions
• Collaboration with kitchen and housekeeping
• Versatility and quick comprehension
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Resilience during peak seasons and with double tasks
• Discretion and reliability in guest contact
• Team spirit and independent work
• Training as a hotel or restaurant specialist
• German (fluent)
• English (good to very good)
• Other languages are an advantage
