We are looking for a Production Engineer Sensor Manufacturing (m/f/d) to complement our team and actively shape the industrial implementation of innovative sensor solutions. In this role, you will make an important contribution to the successful introduction of new products, the further development of manufacturing processes, and the sustainable improvement of our production workflows.

Then this position could be just right for you. In this role, you will take on a central position at the interface between development and production. You will work closely with various departments and actively contribute to the further development of our manufacturing processes.
What tasks will you undertake?
You will:
- introduce new products and manufacturing processes from the development phase to successful series production.
- lead projects for process development as well as for the sustainable increase of quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- represent sensor manufacturing in interdisciplinary projects and work closely with the departments of development, quality, and production.
- analyse production processes, identify improvement potentials, and implement effective optimisation measures.
- conduct technical root cause analyses in cases of quality and process deviations and establish sustainable solutions.
- support production with technical queries and drive continuous improvements.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- have several years of experience in a production environment, ideally in process development or manufacturing technology.
- bring solid experience in project management as well as in lean and continuous improvement methods.
- possess good knowledge of MS Office and SAP or comparable ERP systems, as well as a strong understanding of technical data analysis and process metrics.
- convince with analytical thinking, a structured working style, high initiative, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
