For a hotel restaurant business in the Gstaad region with upscale cuisine, we are looking for a motivated Sous Chef starting November 1.
You have experience in creative, seasonal fresh cuisine, already have experience in the position of Sous Chef, know how to lead and motivate your team, like to contribute your own ideas, and take joy and professional pride as a cook. You are responsible for the quality of the dishes, the daily operations in the kitchen, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
