CNC - Setter Long Turning Machines 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent setting up, programming and operating of CNC long turning machines (Tsugami, Star, Citizen) for precision parts up to 10 mm

• Carrying out production and quality controls according to drawings and inspection plans

• Programming with Fanuc control (CIMCO Editor)

• Ensuring productivity and deadline targets

• Maintenance and repair work on the machines

• Manufacturing of prototypes and series production

• Application of SMED methods to optimise setup times

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ

• Solid knowledge in CNC programming, ideally with Fanuc control

• Experience in long turning and the production of turned parts

• Responsible and proactive personality with high self-motivation

• Strong team spirit and willingness to cooperate

• Good German skills, spoken and written

• Experience with SMED methods is an advantage
