What to expect
- Responsibility for the strategic and conceptual further development of the data and integration architecture
- Building and further developing a company-wide data model
- Definition and maintenance of the target data architecture (Data Domains, Data Flows, Ownership)
- Design and further development of the integration landscape (including core systems, CRM, portals)
- Establishment and enforcement of architectural guidelines for data and integration
- Architecture reviews as well as approval of projects from a data and integration perspective
- Translation of business requirements into data models and integration designs
- Close collaboration with solution architecture, project management, data governance, business units and external providers
What you bring
- Completed higher education (FH/HF/University) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in data architecture / data engineering / integration and complex system landscapes (ideally insurance / regulated)
- Solid understanding of API architectures, event-driven architecture, data platforms / DWH / streaming
- Experience in provider and multi-vendor environments
- Personality with clear decisiveness, implementation focus and sense of responsibility
- Ability to structure complexity and communicate appropriately between business, IT and external partners
