These are your main tasks
- Customer support in the area of order processing
- Receipt, checking, confirmation, management and deadline monitoring of customer orders
- Independent organisation and coordination of transports
- Creation and handling of shipping and customs documents (export documentation)
- Maintenance and updating of price lists
- Monitoring and management of consignment stocks
- Invoicing to customers
- Support and control of freight forwarders
- Organisation and management of packaging and container systems
- Management and maintenance of customer portals
- Maintenance of critical success factors (CSF)
- Implementation and compliance with the requirements according to the management system

- Completed commercial or technical basic training
- Several years of experience in order processing and export business
- Sound knowledge of transport and customs processing
- Extensive user and process knowledge in the ERP system Infor COM
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- Customer- and service-oriented approach
- Communication and organisational skills
- Resilience and ability to work in a team
