Your responsibility: Control and monitor at a high level

Production: Operate PM3, start up according to production and quality specifications, and process orders.

Control: Check production at the start of shifts and when changing orders, conduct inspections, report defects, and write shift reports.

Team: Train employees, manage cleaning operations, and pass on important information across shifts.

Equipment maintenance: Clean PM3, change coverings, and handle materials carefully.

Support: Step in during malfunctions, bottlenecks, or in other departments.

Safety: Apply and monitor safety and work regulations, suggest improvements, and pay attention to environmental protection, order, and cleanliness.

What you bring – technology, practice, and focus

• Experience: Practical experience in the paper industry and with PM3.
• Training: Machine operator with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or many years of professional experience in this field.
• Technology: Very good mechanical and technical knowledge.
• Certificates: SUVA-recognised forklift licence mandatory, crane licence advantageous.
• Additional knowledge: Experience in process management is desirable.
• Working style: Independent, organised, proactive, and responsible; committed, flexible, and persistent.
