Main tasks
- Management, maintenance and assurance of the quality of master data of supervised entities
- Collaboration in the optimisation and further development of internal processes and workflows
- Support in projects as well as taking on organisational and coordinative tasks
- Organisational and administrative support for managers and specialists in the banking division
- Coordination and handling of diverse administrative matters in day-to-day business
- Active contribution to an efficient working environment through own ideas and suggestions for improvement
Profile
- Commercial basic training with professional experience
- Flair for data as well as careful, reliable and structured working style
- Strong service orientation, communication skills, teamwork and discretion
- Flexibility, resilience and openness to change
- Very good MS Office user skills
- German or French language skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language (B2) and good English skills (B2) are an advantage
