Swiss industrial company specialised in the manufacture of high-precision components, we work for particularly demanding sectors. To strengthen our surface treatment workshop, we are looking for a:

PEO Ceramic Coating Operator – 100%

Team work 2x8 shifts

Your mission:

You carry out surface treatment operations by electrolytic ceramic coating PEO, respecting quality, safety, traceability requirements and production deadlines.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare parts before treatment, then ensure their loading and unloading;
• Operate PEO ceramic coating equipment in accordance with manufacturing processes and work instructions;
• Use solvent and detergent washing facilities;
• Perform first-level visual and dimensional inspections;
• Accurately complete production and traceability documents;
• Consult production orders, drawings, control plans and schedules;
• Carry out first-level maintenance of equipment;
• Quickly identify any process deviations and alert in case of anomalies;
• Strictly comply with safety, environmental instructions and wear personal protective equipment;
• Actively participate in continuous improvement actions in the workshop.

Your profile:

• You hold a technical qualification, ideally a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a mechanic, electroplater, surface treatment specialist or an equivalent qualification;
• Initial experience in surface treatment or a precision industrial environment is an asset;
• You are comfortable operating industrial installations and using conventional measuring devices;
• You are willing to handle chemicals in strict compliance with procedures and protective measures;
• You demonstrate rigour, precision and a keen sense of quality;
• You work autonomously, organised and reliably;
• You can identify anomalies and promptly communicate necessary information;
• You enjoy teamwork and willingly contribute to improving workshop practices;
• You are available to work according to a 2x8 shift schedule.
