• Collaboration in establishing sustainable structures and processes of the new Institute for Nursing and Interprofessionality
• Organisation of meetings and minute-taking
• Maintenance of the institute's website
• Fee accounting and contract support for external lecturers
• Assistance with budget planning
• Contact person for institute staff on various issues
• Support with personnel processes (e.g. scheduling, onboarding/offboarding) in cooperation with HR
• Various other administrative support for the institute management
• Participation in projects and committee support
• Support of the department in CRM in cooperation with Marketing & Communication

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of experience in an assistant role
• Proficient use of MS Office and IT systems (CRM, Evento advantageous)
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
• High service orientation and social competence
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Flexibility, resilience and quick comprehension
• Interest and willingness to think along and contribute in dynamic situations
