-An interesting personality and are between 20-45 years old
-Ideally a completed training in restaurant or hotel management or experience in a la carte and banquet areas
-A likeable charisma and a well-groomed appearance
-German as your mother tongue and speak good English
-A sense of humor
-Enjoyment in busy moments
-Honesty and loyalty in your blood
-Basically invented the word resilience and motivation
