Property Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an established housing cooperative focused on the development, management, and long-term preservation of attractive and affordable housing. With a sustainable orientation, high service focus, and strong regional ties, it creates liveable living spaces and is committed to future-oriented housing development.
Responsibilities:
You manage a portfolio of residential properties and coordinate the entire rental process.
You lead the office and work closely with the board and presidency.
You coordinate external partners, commissions, and the technical maintenance of the properties.
You accompany construction and renovation projects in collaboration with specialist planners.
You ensure professional support for cooperative members and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Training in the real estate sector or commercial basic training with solid knowledge of real estate matters.
Good knowledge of tenancy, contract, and cooperative law.
Confident use of Microsoft 365.
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.
Very good German skills as well as good French skills.
