The Spitex Region Entlebuch supports and enables living at home for people of all ages who need care, support, or assistance with its services. Our comprehensive range of services includes somatic and psychiatric care as well as domestic services for eight municipalities in the region. Due to the expansion of our offerings in the evening and at night, we are looking for reinforcement.

Your task

• Performing all nursing services for our clients, mainly in the evening shift with a flexible agreed start time (e.g., 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Responsibility for the night on-call service (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) as well as for assignments in urgent cases of our clients throughout the region during the night
• Collaboration with an external triage center: At night, calls from our clients are received, triaged, and forwarded to you if necessary by an external company
• Monitoring the health status of clients as well as assessing and responding to complex, unpredictable, or rapidly changing situations
• Regular exchange and close cooperation with the day shift teams
• Active collaboration with external professionals and agencies

Your profile

• Completed diploma as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Willingness and flexibility for assignments mainly in the evening and at night, including in remote areas
• Possibility to sleep at home during the night on-call service, provided your location is within 30 minutes by car to the base
• Enjoy working independently and the ability to make quick and well-founded decisions even in challenging situations
• Strong communication skills as well as an appreciative and goal-oriented working style
• Good IT skills and a valid category B driving license
