TEMPORARY POSITIONS

As part of long-term replacements, the positions are offered on fixed-term contracts, with an activity rate and duration of commitment defined according to the needs of the structures.

The Childhood Service manages the nine child life spaces (EVE) of the City of Carouge.

This organisation is part of an approach to enhance professions, professionalise practices, and coherently develop early childhood care services.

Under the responsibility of the structure's management and in close collaboration with childhood educators, you will mainly be responsible for:

• Welcoming, supporting, and managing a group of children;
• Ensuring attentive and appropriate support in daily life activities, particularly regarding close care and nutrition;
• Participating in the planning and organisation of activities linked to the educational project;
• Collaborating to establish and maintain an atmosphere favourable to the development of each child;
• Establishing partnerships with parents and/or any resource persons;
• Actively participating in teamwork with your colleagues.

YOU OFFER

• CFC of ASE, or recognised equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in the childhood field preferred;
• Swiss nationality or valid work permit;
• Flexibility, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.

Salary scale

4 (early childhood scale based on 35 days)
