For our Commercial Vehicles Bodywork department, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded leader who takes responsibility and actively shapes our future:
Head of Department Bodywork Commercial Vehicles (100%)
Your responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the operational and economic management of the Commercial Vehicles Bodywork department (body shop & customer service, around 20 employees)
- Leadership, development, and promotion of a well-coordinated team of experienced specialists and young talents
- Responsibility for budget, productivity, quality, and results
- Management of order processing from calculation through planning to billing
- Active support and further development of our customer relationships in the area of travel, public transport, and commercial vehicles
- Inter-company contact person for colleagues and customers in the repair process
- Participation in strategic further developments of the area in cooperation with the department management
You bring with you:
- Basic training in bodywork, painting, or vehicle construction
- Further training as a workshop manager or comparable business qualification
- Several years of leadership experience – ideally in the commercial vehicle environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and enjoyment of responsibility
- High customer orientation and professional appearance
