For our client in the Zurich region, we are looking for:

Senior Controller 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Preparation of sound financial analyses, management reports, and decision-making bases for the executive management
  
• Planning and coordination of cost centre budgets with local and international management
  
• Analysis and commentary on budget and forecast variances including deriving recommendations for action
  
• Control and evaluation of project and R&D costs in the ERP system
  
• Further development and harmonisation of cross-site reporting structures
  
• Participation in forecast, budget, and closing processes at group level
  
• Optimisation, digitalisation, and automation of reporting and controlling tools as well as involvement in ERP developments
  
• Review and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in close cooperation with financial accounting, Group CFO, and management
  
• Support in group-wide controlling topics as well as deputising within financial controlling
  

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or accounting - alternatively commercial training with corresponding further education and solid professional experience
  
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing or technology-oriented environment
  
• Very good knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
  
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
  
• Experience with ERP systems and a strong affinity for data analysis
  
• Very good Excel skills
  
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial topics clearly
  
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel
