Tasks

Our nursing professionals are the direct contact persons during the stay of our approximately 96,000 patients per year. They are responsible for professional and individual care. The focus of care is always the well-being and regaining of independence of our patients. On request, we complement our range of services with complementary nursing services such as aromatherapy, application of wraps, or special tea blends.
The nursing service is closely networked with all areas of the hospital and works closely with the medical service, therapies, and other departments.
External recruitment agencies will not be considered.

- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (including weekends and night shifts)
You
- have completed training as AGS, nursing assistant, or equivalent qualification (SRK-recognised diploma)
- already have professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- are resilient even with a high patient load
- have good spoken German skills, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- are willing to work in an interdisciplinary team and in a three-shift system
