What is my role?

In this key position, you combine technical know-how with sales expertise and significantly shape customer relationships:

• You create customised technical solutions for complex customer requirements and develop convincing offers including professional sales documents

• As a competent point of contact, you manage the spare parts service and organise the timely provision of tools

• You build long-term customer relationships, regularly visit customers on site, and convince through well-founded advice on product features and technical details

• Through close collaboration with various internal teams, you ensure efficient and error-free order processing

To successfully start in this position, you ideally bring the following:

• A technical foundation combined with commercial understanding - or vice versa: a commercial base with technical affinity

• Confident communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written

• Proficient use of common MS Office applications

• Strong quality awareness and a consistently customer- and result-oriented working style

• Commitment, enthusiasm, and the ability to work constructively in a team

• Reliability, independent working, and resilience even in challenging situations

• Quick comprehension and the ability to rapidly grasp complex contexts
