EPER employs more than 1500 people on a permanent basis. EPER is active at 24 sites in Switzerland and in more than 35 countries worldwide. It runs 290 programmes and projects there, with a total amount of CHF 144 million. In 2024, EPER's work benefited approximately 16 million people.

As part of a new position, we are looking, from 1 January 2027 or by agreement, for a motivated person to take on the role of
Your main responsibilities:
- Content management: You assume strategic and operational responsibility for your area of expertise within the organisation.
- Advice: You advise our staff members and teams on this subject, bring new ideas and initiate changes.
- Knowledge transfer: You prepare specialised content for internal teams, the media, and advocacy work.
- Networking: You maintain relationships with partner organisations, authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Media work: As an expert, you support the Communication & Mobilisation Division in drafting press releases and handling specialised questions.
Your strengths and skills:
- You hold a university degree (university/university of applied sciences) or an equivalent qualification and have at least three years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the NGO sector.
- You have technical expertise and, ideally, personal experience in the field of inclusion, with a particular focus on migration (economic, social and political participation, combating discrimination).
- You demonstrate a good understanding of systemic relationships and know how to place them in a practical context.
- You are fluent in German and French and have a good knowledge of English.
- You are able to speak in public, advise, and use cross-cultural communication to effectively reach different target groups.
- You have a good network in the field of inclusion and, if possible, in migration in Switzerland.
- You appreciate agile structures that promote individual responsibility and freedom of action, and you wish to put your openness and initiative to the service of a learning organisation.
- You enjoy collaborating at both strategic and operational levels.
- You have team spirit, areresilient under stress and flexible.
