Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a Team Leader Property Management 80-100% (m/f/d). Our ROCKEN partner is an established company in the real estate sector based in the Bern metropolitan area and offers comprehensive services around the management, marketing, development and care of high-quality residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will take on a central leadership position within property management while simultaneously managing a demanding portfolio.
Responsibilities:
You actively manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
You lead a property management team both personally and professionally.
You are responsible for re-letting as well as the handover and acceptance of rental properties.
You are the contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities.
You coordinate repair orders, maintenance measures and renovation work.
You ensure professional property care and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience managing your own property portfolio.
You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have completed the federal specialist certificate as a property manager or are undergoing corresponding further training.
You have good IT user skills as well as sound knowledge in managing residential and commercial properties.
You have very good German language skills.
