Working in a small care home – personal, manageable and close to people
The housing cooperative Alterssiedlung Arbon offers elderly people a safe home with a high quality of life. In three properties, we rent around 133 retirement apartments with supportive services. Our cooperative also includes the Bellevue care home – a small, family-like care home with 18 residents.
To strengthen our committed team, we are looking for a Health Specialist 50 – 90 % from 1 November 2026
Your tasks
Individual care and support of our residents
Support in everyday activities and activation
Participation in the implementation of medication management
Participation in needs assessment RAI LTCF
Carrying out medical-technical procedures
You bring with you
Training as a health specialist
Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
Sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
Team spirit, humour and flexibility
