What you bring with you
- Professional training: Completed basic automotive technical training
- Leadership experience: Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Quality mindset: You work precisely, solution-oriented and have a pronounced quality awareness
- IT know-how: Confident in handling MS Office, ideally SAP and industry-specific systems
- Communication skills: Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Driving professional: Driving licence category B
