The unit empowers informed decision-making and proactive risk management through cutting-edge technology, scalable platforms and high-quality data. Our mission is to deliver reliable, well-governed and forward-looking data solutions that meet evolving regulatory requirements, foster data-driven insights and enable confident, strategic decision-making.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your role</h2></div><div><p> </p><p>•    Working with risk managers, compliance officers and executive leadership to translate strategic goals and regulatory requirements into robust, high-quality data products, including analytics, dashboards and reporting solutions.<br/>•    Acting as a trusted data advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance and support to ensure effective use of analytics and reporting, while translating ambiguous business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.<br/>•    Taking end-to-end ownership of business themes by proactively driving initiatives that align data solutions with business needs and deliver measurable value, from data source to executive insight.<br/>•    Developing the architecture and managing the end-to-end value chain for risk and compliance data verticals, ensuring that the resulting analytics and reports can be used across the Group.<br/>•    Designing and rolling out precise, executive-ready metrics and interactive dashboards that stand up to regulatory scrutiny and support the Group’s strategic risk posture.<br/>•    Driving the modernisation and streamlining of legacy business logic by migrating and automating solutions into modern data architectures and cloud platforms, as well as implementing innovative approaches, such as the use of AI, intelligent agents and automation, to enhance analytics capabilities.<br/>•    Ensuring rigorous data quality and controls in line with the Group’s data governance framework in order to maintain the integrity of mission-critical risk and compliance data.<br/>•    Managing high-volume, time-sensitive ad hoc requests and complex regulatory reports autonomously and resiliently.<br/>•    Proactively engaging with stakeholders to anticipate their needs, identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements and championing best practices in analytics and reporting.<br/>•    Contributing to cross-functional initiatives to align the Risk & Compliance community and the Group on data governance, data strategy, data literacy and best practices.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your profile</h2></div><div><p> </p><p>•    A Master’s in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g. FRM or CFA) would be a plus.<br/>•    At least five years’ experience in a high-impact data role, such as Data Engineering, Data Analytics or AI/ML, including hands-on expertise.<br/>•    Knowledge of risk management, compliance, banking operations and/or regulatory reporting would be an advantage.<br/>•    Solid SQL skills (knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Snowflake would be a plus) and Python coding skills.<br/>•    Hands-on experience of designing sophisticated business intelligence (BI) dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or equivalent.<br/>•    Entrepreneurial and "can-do" attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced matrix environment.<br/>•    Strong communication, problem-solving, organisational, interpersonal and project management skills.<br/>•    Fluent in French and English<br/>•    Must be resident in Switzerland, or willing to relocate.<br/><br/></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Note</h2></div><div><p>We will not accept any CVs via agencies.</p><p> </p><p>Ref.
