Your challenge
- Technical and personnel management of the Mechanical Assembly Specialist Unit
- Ensuring an efficient, high-quality and timely assembly process
- Planning, controlling and continuous optimisation of workflows and resources
- Leadership, promotion and further development of employees
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
- Close cooperation with the departments of production, logistics, engineering and quality
- Participation in and management of improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity
- Promoting a positive, solution-oriented team culture as well as cross-departmental collaboration
Your profile
- Technical basic training with further education in mechanics, production and leadership
- Several years of experience in precision mechanical assembly and system construction
- Strong understanding of industrial production and assembly processes
- Proven leadership personality with enthusiasm for employee management and development
- High social competence, communication skills and team orientation
- Entrepreneurially minded personality with drive, implementation strength and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
